Project Management and Consultancy

We’re not afraid to say ‘no’ if it isn’t right for you, however in the event its a ‘yes’ we’ll work with you on what you should expect out of the mobile application and will set realistic expectations with you on likely returns, be it revenues or raising awareness through PR and marketing opportunities. We’ll define the feature set, the project time line, costs, milestones and deliverables. After all, that’s what we’re here for.

Testing, Listing and Distribution

We can also help with the testing, listing and distribution of your application across the various app stores. Be it Vodafone’s Betavine or Blackberry’s App World. We know the costs of joining each app store and which stores your application will do well in.

  • We can manage the testing process (should it be done using Agile development? Which handsets best represent our target audience)
  • Upload and maintence of your application across each App store
  • Certificate signing depending on programming language e.g. Symbian Express Signed
  • Manage you through the Quality Assurance process with the App stores.
